Essential Preparation and Aftercare for Hijama
Before Hijama:

After Hijama:

- To replenish your energy levels, consider eating some dates or drinking honey with water.
- It's important to rest for the next 24-48 hours and avoid engaging in strenuous exercises.
- For the first 24-48 hours after the Hijama session, it's recommended to avoid martial relations.
- Stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water to help detoxify your body and eliminate any unwanted toxins.
- To support the healing process, it's advised to avoid consuming meat, dairy & caffeine for the next 24-48 hours.
- Applying olive or black seed oil to the cupped areas as frequently as possible can help soothe any itchiness or irritation you may experience.
- After 24-48 hours, you can take a warm shower, but be sure to avoid using any soaps or shower gels on the cupped areas.
